I offer one to one Counselling, Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy in a private, comfortable setting, on a confidential basis. As an integrated psychotherapist, my philosophy is based upon mutual respect, confidentiality and honesty. Our first session would outline your expectations and goals and check out that you feel at ease. Once we begin, I will regularly assess the work with you to make sure that you are on the right path. We will work to the professional code of ethics as outlined by British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) of which I am a member. All these measures are taken to build up a safe environment where you can begin to flourish as an individual and move towards living more resourcefully.
